I am a strategy and transformation leader passionate about sustainability. I help organisations develop, adopt, operationalise and communicate responsive business and sustainability (ESG) strategies in meaningful and authentic ways.
Entrepreneurial at heart, I enjoy connecting people and opportunities to create positive change and shared value. I believe purpose-led businesses tackle our world’s biggest economic, social and environmental challenges. In doing so they reduce costs, minimise risks, open new markets, create innovative opportunities, enhance reputation and create value.
Having earned my corporate stripes at A.P. Moller–Maersk on their prestigious, global management program, I established a reputation for process and operational improvement and change strategies with a focus on customer outcomes and business growth. Since then, I have gained deep experience in supply chain, operations management, general management and strategic communications, across a range of industries, with a focus on sustainable business in recent years.
Tertiary qualifications in Science (Environmental Biology) and Law, and a Master of Arts in Communications Management (Organisational Communication and Change), as well as certificates in Sustainability Strategy and GRI Reporting, support practical expertise with theoretical knowledge and frameworks.
I participate in leading sustainability conferences and undertake regular training in recognised courses and frameworks and am one of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project leaders. I therefore have an extensive network of sustainability peers with whom I regularly network and leverage.
I am also an ambassador for EyeSea, a nonprofit organization with a mission to map global pollution and maritime hazards.
A competitive sailor and ordinary runner, I love good food, coffee, wine, conversation, humour, and travel although not necessarily all at the same time…
